Professional housekeeping, brand standards, revenue management systems, channel strategy and guest experience designed around corporate, contractor and mid-stay demand. Operations can sit within wider mixed-use or multi-asset projects where that makes sense.
Structure
JV structures, leases and profit-share arrangements tailored to the asset and partners. Structuring work also covers asset repositioning, special-situation assets and complex ownership/lease setups. Clear risk allocation, transparent economics and long-term alignment between landlords, operators and capital partners.
Partner
Long-term, execution-led partnerships with landlords, investors, family offices and managing agents on hospitality and living projects, and selected asset repositioning and special-situation projects where Fenrir is the operator/developer/structuring partner. We're a platform that combines development, operations and structuring rather than acting as a passive landlord.
